This is a nice and easy one to pop straight into the oven or you can even fry off in a pan if you’re in a rush.
Part boil your fine beans in a pan; drain these off after just a few minutes cooking and transfer into an oven proof dish.
Drizzle some olive oil onto the beans and add in some garlic cloves (you don’t have to peel if you don’t want to).
Season with some dried herbs and pop in the oven for 15 mins at 180 degrees.
Works as a great side dish or as a quick lunch snack.
