Lovely with soup, or add some toppings like garlic, mushrooms and mozzarella and make yourself a tasty DIY pizza!

What you'll need..

  • 200g self raising flour
  • 100ml water
  • pinch of salt
  • dried herbs


Slowly add the water to the mix to make a dough.

Sprinkle some flour onto a clean surface and roll your dough out to the required size.

Lightly pan fry your dough until golden brown on each side (should look like a naan bread).
