Curried Parsnip Mash

Spice up your parsnips!

What you'll need..

  • 50g butter
  • 500g parsnips
  • curry powder
  • 200ml of milk

Method

Melt your butter in a frying pan, add in your parsnips and allow to slowly soften and caramelise, add in your curry powder and milk and leave to simmer for a further few minutes.

Add in your 200ml of milk and again allow to slowly simmer for around 15 – 20 mins, mash away and serve as a side or a main dish, VOILA 😊
