Let’s face it…Cauliflower normally lands on the plate on a Sunday covered in Gravy doesn’t it. However, lets turn this bundle of goodness into something a bit more fiery…
What you'll need..
1 cauliflower (cut into smaller florets)
125g plain flower
1 teaspoon paprika
Fresh garlic
200ml of milk or dairy alternative (oatmilk is best)
A handful of spring onion pieces
Sriracha (or other hot sauce)
Method
Preheat your oven to 220 degrees or air fry at 180.
In a bowl, mix your paprika, plain flower, milk, hot sauce and fresh garlic until a batter consistency is formed.
Coat your cauliflower florets with some salt and pepper added for taste and pour the batter mixture over the top until they are well covered.
Bake in the oven (for 30-35 minutes) or air fryer (for 20 minutes) or until cooked to your liking. Sprinkle with some fresh or dried herbs if you have them to hand and there you have the perfect side dish with some added kick.
